A DARK MOMENT IN MY LIFE đź§
I’ve shared a lot about my journey—how I’ve fought for every inch of progress, every stage appearance, every rep in the gym.
But there’s a moment I don’t talk about often.
It’s the day I almost walked away from it all.
It was years ago, during a time when everything felt heavy—not just the weights, but life itself. I was struggling to make ends meet, and I started questioning whether this dream of mine was worth the sacrifices.
The sleepless nights, the aching body, the uncertainty—it felt like too much.
I remember sitting on a park bench that day, staring at the ground, and thinking, What’s the point?
Maybe it’s time to give this up.
The voice of doubt was loud, and for the first time, I wasn’t sure if I could silence it.
What Changed Everything
As I sat there, I looked up and saw a young boy running across the grass, laughing as he chased a kite in the wind. His joy was infectious, and for a moment, I forgot my frustration.
Then it hit me—he wasn’t worried about the kite falling; he was just focused on running, on trying, on doing.
That boy reminded me of why I started.
I didn’t pick up the iron to impress anyone or to chase a trophy.
I did it because it gave me purpose. It made me feel alive. And somewhere along the way, I’d forgotten that.
I realized that day that it’s okay to feel doubt. It’s okay to feel tired. But what’s not okay is giving up on something you know in your heart is worth fighting for.
Why I’m Sharing This
If you’re in a place where things feel overwhelming, where the voice of doubt is loud, I want you to know this: you’re not alone.
We all have those moments.
But it’s in those moments that we decide who we are.
Don’t let doubt win.
Take a breath, remember why you started, and keep moving forward.
You’re stronger than you think, and the world hasn’t seen the best of you yet.
The masterpiece is still in the making. Stay relentless.

đź’ TBT WORKOUT
SCULPTING BICEPS đź’Ş
The biceps may seem small compared to other muscle groups, but they’re essential for creating balance, symmetry, and power in your upper body. This workout is designed to target your biceps from every angle, building both size and definition.
Remember: It’s not just about curling the weight—it’s about connecting your mind to the muscle. Feel every contraction, control every rep, and make the most of every set.
1. Barbell Curls
Start with a classic. Grip the barbell with an underhand grip, shoulder-width apart, and curl the bar with control. Focus on keeping your elbows locked in place and your shoulders still.
This isn’t just a curl—it’s a test of focus. Every rep builds power.
2. Alternating Dumbbell Curls
With dumbbells in hand, alternate curls while maintaining control. Twist your wrist slightly at the top for a peak contraction.
Think of it as sculpting, not just lifting—control is everything.
3. Preacher Curls
Using a preacher bench, curl the bar or dumbbell upward, isolating the biceps. Focus on the stretch at the bottom and the squeeze at the top.
The preacher curl is where precision meets growth—every inch counts.
4. Hammer Curls
Hold dumbbells with a neutral grip (palms facing each other) and curl them simultaneously. This movement targets the brachialis, adding width to your arms.
Grip it tight—build strength that radiates through every movement.
5. Cable Rope Curls
Attach a rope to a cable machine. Curl the rope upward, pulling it apart slightly at the top. This move keeps constant tension on your biceps.
Feel the resistance—let it shape you.
The Focus
Training your biceps isn’t just about size—it’s about creating balance and symmetry. This isn’t about rushing through reps; it’s about precision and intent. Every curl is an opportunity to sculpt, refine, and build something powerful.
Your arms are a reflection of your effort. Give every rep the focus it deserves, and watch as the work transforms you—inside and out.
Stay relentless, stay focused. Let’s build something incredible today.
